BELGRADE (Serbia), April 6 (SeeNews) – Serbia should cut spending by 12% this year in order to combat the adverse effects of the global financial downturn and contain the budget deficit to 3.0% of the gross domestic product (GDP) as agreed with the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Central bank Governor Radovan Jelasic said.
