SeedBlink launches Nimity equity management platform

The new platform aims to simplify equity management for entrepreneurs and private investors, SeedBlink said in a press release.

The platform also allows European companies to handle aspects such as cap table tracking, investor governance and communication, employee stock ownership plans (ESOP) automation, and fundraising.

"Equity ownership is a catalyst for wealth creation and economic empowerment. When individuals have a stake in their businesses, they are more motivated, productive, and innovative," said Radu Georgescu, board chairman at SeedBlink.

Earlier this month, SeedBlink said it was expanding in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Launched in 2020, SeedBlink has so far mobilised more than 200 million euro ($218.4 million) into technology startups across Europe through its network of investors. In 2022, the co-investment platform expanded to Bulgaria, Greece and Benelux.
