August 4 (SeeNews) - Romanian fixed-line carrier RomTelecom cut its operating loss to 28.7 million euro ($40.9 million) in the first half of 2011 from 38.2 million euro a year earlier, the company's majority owner, Greece's OTE, said on Thursday.
