May 10 (SeeNews) - Romanian fixed-line carrier RomTelecom turned to a 13.8 million euro ($17.8 million) operating income in the first quarter of 2012 from 16.7 million euro operating loss a year earlier, the company's majority owner, Greece's OTE, said on Thursday.
