February 28 (SeeNews) - Romanian fixed-line carrier RomTelecom turned to an operating profit of 57.3 million euro ($76.8 million) in 2012 from an operating loss of 299.6 million euro a year earlier, the company's majority owner, Greece's OTE, said on Tursday.
