November 9 (SeeNews) - Romanian fixed-line carrier RomTelecom turned to an operating profit of 42.7 million euro ($55.2 million) in the January-September period from an operating loss of 31.7 million euro a year earlier, the company's majority owner, Greece's OTE, said on Friday.
