August 9 (SeeNews) - Romanian fixed-line carrier RomTelecom turned to an operating profit of 25.3 million euro ($31.2 million) in the first half of 2012 from an operating loss of 28.7 million euro a year earlier, the company's majority owner, Greece's OTE, said on Thursday.
