May 6 (SeeNews) - Romania had a consolidated budget surplus of 79.2 million lei ($33.7 million/21.8 million euro) in the first three months of 2008, equivalent to 0.02% of the gross domestic product (GDP) projected for the current year, data of the Romanian Finance and Economy Ministry showed on Tuesday.
