October 23 (SeeNews) - Romanian banks’ outstanding loans to the non-government sector grew 4.5% year-on-year in September, to 381.2 billion lei ($81.4 billion/76.7 billion euro), after a 5.5% annual rise in August, the central bank said on Monday.
