August 24 (SeeNews) - The value of Romanian banks’ outstanding loans to the non-government sector grew 16.8% year-on-year in July to 358 billion lei ($72.9 billion/ 73.3 billion euro), compared to a 17.5% rise in June, the central bank, BNR, said on Wednesday.
