December 27 (SeeNews) - Romania's consolidated budget showed a deficit of 26.8 billion lei ($8.2 billion/6.25 billion euro) in the first 11 months of 2010, equivalent to 5.2% of the gross domestic product projected for the current year, the Finance Ministry said.
