June 28 (SeeNews) - Romania had a consolidated budget deficit of 16.7 billion lei ($4.8 billion/3.85 billion euro) in the first five months of 2010, equivalent to 3.1% of the gross domestic product (GDP) projected for the current year, the Finance Ministry said on Monday.
