February 26 (SeeNews) - Romania had a consolidated budget surplus of 15.3 million lei ($5.05 million/3.7 million euro) in January, equivalent to 0.003% of the gross domestic product (GDP) projected for the current year, the Finance Ministry said late on Thursday.
