September 27 (SeeNews) - Romania had a consolidated budget deficit of 20.9 billion lei ($6.6 billion/4.9 billion euro) in the first eight months of 2010, equivalent to 4.1% of the gross domestic product (GDP) projected for the current year, local news agency Mediafax reported on Monday.
