The newly leased space in Chitila Logistics Hub will support the tenant's Linia Projects division, focused on furniture production and interior design solutions, Global Vision and Globalworth said in a joint press release. The leased space comprises a production area of 6,000 sq m and 700 sq m of office space.
The deal, whose value was not disclosed, increased the occupancy rate of the logistics park to nearly 90%, as per the statement.
Chitila Logistics Hub spans 77,000 sq m of storage spaces, production facilities, and office spaces.
Global Vision, founded 20 years ago, provides development, design, project management and construction services to private and institutional investors in Romania and Central and Eastern Europe.
Globalworth is active in Central and Eastern Europe and acquires, develops, and directly manages offices and industrial real estate assets. In Romania, the company operates in the cities of Bucharest, Timisoara, Constanta, Pitesti, Arad, Oradea, Targu Mures, and Craiova.
