The newly leased space in Chitila Logistics Hub will support the tenant's Linia Projects division, focused on furniture production and interior design solutions, Global Vision and Globalworth said in a joint press release. The leased space comprises a production area of 6,000 sq m and 700 sq m of office space.

The deal, whose value was not disclosed, increased the occupancy rate of the logistics park to nearly 90%, as per the statement.

Chitila Logistics Hub spans 77,000 sq m of storage spaces, production facilities, and office spaces.
