December 10 (SeeNews) - Romanian property restitution fund Fondul Proprietatea [BSE:FP] said that it has repurchased a total of 4,767,419 own shares and equivalent shares of GDRs in the period December 2-6.
The total value of the transactions in the review period was some 5.7 million lei ($1.3 million/1.2 million euro), Fondul Proprietatea said in a bourse filing on Monday.
Since the start of the company's tenth share repurchase programme, Fondul Proprietatea has bought back a total of 401,985,375 own shares and equivalent shares of GDRs, for a total of some 437 million lei.
The number of shares left to be repurchased within the tenth buyback programme is 348,014,625.
As at 13:45 CET on Tuesday, Fondul Proprietatea shares traded at 1.19 lei, unchanged from their previous closing price on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
