December 16 (SeeNews) - Romania's electronic communications market posted a fractional growth of 0.2% to 14.83 billion lei ($4.6 billion/3.3 billion euro) in 2012 with revenues from mobile Internet access services jumping 45.3% to 854 million lei, the country’s telecoms regulator ANCOM said on Monday.
