September 21 (SeeNews) - Romanian real estate developer Ecovillas said on Thursday that it will invest 2 million euro ($2.1 million) in a residential complex of nine villas in the north of Bucharest.
Ecovillas Otopeni is due for completion in the fall of 2024, the company said in a press release.
Each villa will have a built surface area of 129 sq m on a land plot of between 192 and 275 sq m and will include two parking spaces.
Founded in 2014, Ecovillas focuses on developing residential projects in Bucharest and the surrounding county of Ilfov. The company aims to deliver 50,000 sq m of living space over the next five years, according to its website.
