BUCHAREST (Romania), March 9 (SeeNews) – Romania’s 2008 consolidated budget gap has widened to 24.65 billion lei ($7.2 billion/5.7 billion euro), equivalent to 4.8% of gross domestic product (GDP), from a deficit of 2.4% of GDP a year ago, data from the country’s Finance Ministry showed on Monday.
