April 5 (SeeNews) - Connections Consult [BSE:CC], a digital transformation consulting company based in Romania, established a wholly-owned US subsidiary in Fairfax, Virginia, in a move to tap the local technology talent market and ecosystem, the company said on Tuesday.
CC USA will focus on digital transformation and the delivery of software solutions to local public and private sector customers, the company said in a statement.
“After a sustained consolidation in the Romanian market, we took an extremely important step to grow our business [...] Although the competition in the US market is much stronger, we count on current customer references and the reputation we built so far," CEO Bogdan Florea said.
"At the same time, we believe that the status of a publicly traded company is a strong point and can help us from the point of view of transparency and an increased trust of customers in the delivery capacity," he added.
Connections Consult USA will be led by Bogdan Florea and will continue complying with the plans laid out to investors in 2021, when the company went public on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
Founded in 2005, Connections Consult is focused on facilitating the digital transformation of companies in fields such as banking, telecom, or retail. The company specialises in intelligent automation, IT infrastructure support, digital business process management, as well as software development.
