January 2 (SeeNews) - Romania's consolidated budget was in deficit equivalent to 7.1% of the projected gross domestic product (GDP) in the January - November period, widening from a 4.6% gap a year earlier, as spending increased more than threefold to 649.66 billion lei ($136 billion/130.6 billion euro), the finance ministry said on Tuesday.
