BUCHAREST (Romania), November 21 (SeeNews) – Romania's Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR) and local steel tube maker TMK Artrom [BSE:ART] said on Monday they signed credit facilities worth 45 million euro ($61 million). Romania-based TMK Artrom has borrowed 20 million euro from BCR to improve its current debt structure in line with strategic restructuring of credit portfolio, the company, part of Germany's TMK Europe GmbH, said in a statement.
