August 26Â (SeeNews) - The value of Romanian banks' outstanding loans to the non-government sector grew 7.9% year-on-year to 262.6 billion lei ($61.5 billion/55.6 billion euro) in July, compared to a 7.1% growth in June, the central bank, BNR, said on Monday.
