August 24 (SeeNews) - The value of Romanian banks' outstanding loans to the non-government sector grew 6.6% year-on-year to 243.3 billion lei ($61 billion/52 billion euro) in July, compared to 6.8% growth in June, the central bank, BNR, said on Friday.
