Lactate Natura's shares will be delisted from the BVB on June 14, it said in a statement filed with the bourse on Wednesday.

In February 2023, the company said that it was halting production for three years, without stating a reason for the decision.

Lactate Natura held an auction for the sale of its production plant located in the southern city of Targoviste, but received no offers, according to a separate statement filed with the bourse on June 7. The company will hold another auction for the plant on June 21.

Lactate Natura is currently listed on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, with a market capitalisation of 11.5 million lei ($2.5 million/2.3 million euro). The company was established in 1991 and is controlled by investment fund Infinity Capital Investments [BSE:INFINITY], which owns 93.7% of its share capital.

Lactate Natura's shares last traded on January 31, when they closed 4% lower at 2.4 lei.

Infinity Capital Investments shares closed 0.26% lower at 1.9 lei on June 12 on the Bucharest bourse.
