March 5 (SeeNews) - Romania's preliminary consolidated budget deficit for 2007 totalled 9.45 billion lei ($ 3.87 billion/2.54 billion) under Romanian methodology, equivalent to 2.33% of the country's estimated gross domestic product (GDP) for last year, data from the Finance Ministry showed on Wednesday.
