November 26 (SeeNews) - Romania's general consolidated budget for the first ten months of 2015 showed a surplus of 9.04 billion lei ($2.1 billion/2 billion euro), equivalent to 1.28% of the country's gross domestic product (GDP), compared to a surplus of 1.9 billion lei, or 0.29% of GDP, in the year-ago period, the finance ministry said.
