BUCHAREST ( Romania ), July 27 (SeeNews) – The Bucharest stock indices declined on Wednesday amid lower turnover, bourse data showed. The blue-chip BET index of the Bucharest bourse dipped 0.49% to 5,364.71 points. The BET-FI index, which tracks the country's five regional investment funds, the SIFs, fell 1.19% to 21,642.77. The composite BET-C index shed 0.84% to 3,229.19 points. The ROTX index of Romania's 15 most liquid stocks, a joint index of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BVB [BSE:BVB], and the Vienna Stock Exchange, closed down 0.54% at 11,105.07. BVB's equity turnover fell to 14 million lei ($4.75 million/3.3 million euro) from 19.5 million lei on Tuesday. Turnover from trading in structured products totalled some 579,000 lei on Wednesday. Blue-chip property restitution fund Proprietatea [BSE:FP] ended down 0.87% at 0.5115 lei in Wednesday’s largest turnover of 9.7 million lei. SIF 1 Banat Crisana [BSE:SIF1] lost 1.8% to 0.984 lei in the second largest turnover of 753,000 lei. Blue-chip oil and gas group OMV Petrom [BSE:SNP] added 0.11% to 0.3805 lei in 624,000 lei turnover, the day’s third largest. SIF 5 Oltenia [BSE:SIF5] dropped 2.12% to 1.339 lei in 571,000 lei turnover. SIF 2 Moldova [BSE:SIF2] depreciated 1.23% to 1.205 lei in deals worth 540,000 lei.
