April 28 (SeeNews) - Genesis Property, a Romanian real estate developer, said on Thursday it launched the transformation of Novo Park business park in Bucharest, a project worth 50 million euro ($52.6 million).
The project will turn Novo Park into YUNITY Park, which, apart from a office buildings, will feature a green area, an amphitheatre, a 1,000 sq m urban forest, an outdoor terrace and a food hall, Genesis Property said in a statement. The seven existing office buildings, with a total leasable area of 75,000 sqm, will also be refurbished.
The project is expected to be completed within the first three months of 2023.
Genesis Property’s first development is Novo Park, which the developer opened in 2005.
The company boasts almost 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and operates over 150,000 sq m of commercial real estate.
