November 8 (SeeNews) - The Romanian leu on Thursday closed cheaper than the 3.40 threshold against the euro, as foreign investors aggressively sold the leu following a rise in the central bank's 2007 inflation forecast and a downgrade in the country's outlook, dealers said.
