October 30 (SeeNews) - The Romanian leu on Thursday weakened fractionally against the euro, ending at 3.6490/6540 versus Wednesday's close of 3.6330/6400, as the decision of the country’s central bank to keep its key rate unchanged had little effect, dealers said.
