February 8 (SeeNews) - Romanian close-end investment fund STK Emergent hopes to raise 50 million lei ($19.7 million/13.6 million euro) in an initial public offering (IPO) of 25% of its capital on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) later this month, the country’s stock market regulator, CNVM, said on Friday.
