August 8 (SeeNews) - Romanian producer of chemical fertilisers Amonil said on Friday it turned to a first-half net profit of 21.27 million lei ($9.2 million/6.1 million euro) from a loss of some seven million a year earlier, as its turnover jumped 17 times.
