October 24 (SeeNews) - The value of Romanian banks' outstanding loans to the non-government sector grew 7.3% year-on-year to 232.7 billion lei ($59.4 billion/50.6 billion euro) in September, following a 6.5% increase in August, the central bank, BNR, said on Tuesday.
