October 22 (SeeNews) - Romania plans a deficit in its 2009 budget equivalent to 2.0% of the projected gross domestic product (GDP) and sees the country's economy growing by a real 6.0% next year, Finance and Economy Minister Varujan Vosganian said on Wednesday.
