February 27 (SeeNews) - Romania’s consolidated budget ended January with a surplus of 0.85 billion lei ($197 million/ 167 million euro) or 0.04% of GDP, compared with a deficit of 11 billion lei recorded a year earlier, the finance ministry said on Friday.
