August 1 (SeeNews) - Romania on Friday said its consolidated budget deficit in the first half of the year widened to 1.18% of the gross domestic product (GDP) projected for the current year, or 5.19 billion lei ($2.3 billion/1.477 billion euro), from 0.19% of GDP for the same period a year earlier.
