July 3 (SeeNews) - Romania’s telecoms regulator, ANCOM, said it has launched a tender to award licenses for the use of radio frequencies in the 800 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, and 2600 MHz bands for the provision of mobile telecommunication services.
