October 27 (SeeNews) - Romania’s telecoms regulator, ANCOM, said on Tuesday it has awarded to five local companies licences for the use of radio frequencies in the 3410-3600 MHz and 3600-3800 MHz for a combined 10.1 million euro ($11.2 million).
