April 1 (SeeNews) - Raiffeisen Bank Serbia has selected Polish banking software developer Asseco SEE as its only strategic vendor, Asseco SEE has said.
Taking into account the importance of Asseco SEE’s solutions and services in the bank’s operations, the company has been classified as the only strategic vendor to Raiffeisen Bank Serbia, among several important vendors the bank has been cooperating with, the Polish company said in a statement last week.
The strategic vendor management objectives include, among others, achieving operational excellence, meeting business needs through efficient procurement, securing the best possible value for both participants, establishing regular and frequent mutual communication and engaging in key strategy sessions.
Raiffeisen Bank Serbia has been relying on Asseco SEE’s core banking system since the bank began its business activities in Serbia in 2001 as the first local bank founded with 100% foreign capital.
