May 11 (SeeNews) - Hungarian banking group OTP said on Friday its Serbian unit swung to an after-tax profit without adjustments (dividends, net cash transfers and one-offs) of 573 million Hungarian forints ($2.2 million/1.8 million euro) in the first quarter, from a loss of 6 million forints in the like period of last year.
