August 17 (SeeNews) - Hungarian banking group OTP said on Friday its Romanian unit turned to an after-tax loss without dividends, net cash transfers and one-offs of 242 million Hungarian forints ($1.1 million/ 868,000 euro) in the first half of 2012 from an after-tax profit of 1.5 billion forints a year earlier.
