March 9 (SeeNews) - Hungarian banking group OTP said on Friday its Romanian unit turned to an after-tax profit without dividends, net cash transfers and one-offs of 763 million Hungarian forints ($3.43 million/2.6 million euro) in 2011 from an after-tax loss of 6.4 billion forints a year earlier.
