PODGORICA (Montenegro), October 16 (SeeNews) – NATO sees Montenegro as a strong aspirant for membership, but has encouraged the country to show further effort in implementing key reforms ahead of a foreign ministers meeting in December when a decision will be made whether or not to invite the Balkan state to join the Alliance, the government said.
