Montenegro's Zetatrans to pay 0.12 euro/share gross dividend

The dividend payout will total 985,968 euro, including the company's entire profit of 985,713 euro reported for 2022 , Zetatrans said in a bourse filing.

The accumulated undistributed profit from previous years in the amount of 1.056 million euro will remain undistributed.

Shareholders on record as of June 29 will be eligible to receive dividend payouts starting October 27.

Zetatrans' equity capital consists of 8,220,912 shares with a nominal price of 1.2783 euro apiece. The company is listed on the standard market segment of the Montenegro Stock Exchange.
