April 23 (SeeNews) - Montenegro's government has decided to shorten the daily period of curfew, partially easing the lockdown imposed to contain the spread of the coronavirus disease, it said.
The curfew will be in force until 11 pm every day, instead of 5 am the following day as it was until April 21, the government said in a statement on Tuesday.
The starting hours of the curfew remain unchanged - 7 pm from Monday to Friday, 1 pm on Saturday and 11 am on Sunday.
The government also allowed consumer goods stores, which have been working part-time since the start of the coronavirus restrictions, to be open from 7 am to 10 pm from Monday to Saturday.
Montenegro has so far confirmed 316 cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) disease and five deaths from the infection.
