June 11 (SeeNews) - Montenegro has launched a 40 million euro ($46 million) tender for the construction of the Velje Brdo boulevard, which will be part of a new residential neighbourhood on the outskirts of the capital Podgorica that will provide housing to citizens under favourable terms, the public works ministry said.
