January 24 (SeeNews) - Foreign direct investments (FDI) in Montenegro in the first 11 months of 2007 rose by 104.6% year-on-year to 893.6 million euro ($1.3 billion), preliminary data from the central bank indicated on Thursday. A total of 470.1 million euro, or some 53% of the FDI attracted from January through November, went into real estate projects, the central bank said in a statement. Foreign capital inflow to Montenegrin companies and banks totalled 316.2 million euro in the first eleven months of 2007.
