January 13 (SeeNews) - Montenegro hopes to launch this year a tender for the revamp of a 40-km railway linking the Adriatic city of Bar with the town of Golubovci, on the outskirts of the capital Podgorica, once the financing contracts with the European Commission and the European credit institutions for the 224 million euro ($231 million) project are signed, local media reported.
