PODGORICA (Montenegro), July 15 (SeeNews) – Montenegro has secured a 60 million euro ($78.2 million) credit from Deutsche Bank and Erste Bank to finance obligations stemming from the activation of guarantees assumed by the state for a loan taken out by local aluminium smelter KAP [MNG:KAPG], the country’s finance ministry said.
